Richard Bruck, Chief Legal Counsel

XLNTads.com has enlisted the support and guidance of Richard Bruck, a recognized legal expert who has worked closely with Rick Parkhill on previous big business ventures.

Over the course of his 34 year career, Richard has represented public and private companies, institutional investors, venture capitalists, personal investment groups, broker-dealers and strategic industry partners in all types of financing transactions.

Richard’s clients have been engaged in a variety of businesses and industries, including software development. He devotes a significant portion of his time to financing the growth of technology based businesses in software development, medical device, and biotechnology.

Richard has been counsel to corporations and other issuers in more than 20 IPOs and 150 private placements. He works with clients to build relationships and add value to their organization. He helps entrepreneurs grow their business to new heights or works with existing management to devise innovative strategies to exploit opportunities in the industry and markets served by the business.
