FAQ: I uploaded my video, but I don’t see it on the site. What gives?
When you upload a video to XLNTads, we take some time to personally watch and review each one of them. When we’ve watched it, and we’re sure it’s not inappropriate, yucky or too strange, we make it go live. In some instances, the sponsoring brands want to see the work before it gets posted, so that could add a little extra time before your video goes live. They just want to get an advanced look at your work.
Also, make sure you give our servers time to transcode the videos. That could take up to a few hours on a slow day. If we notice any problems with your upload, we’ll get in touch.

We put our video up about a month ago and it’s still not up there. It’s not inappropriate or anything, what’s up with that?

I have two Nestle’s 100 Grand Bar commercials already uploaded on YouTube. But Your site will not allow me to submit it. What am I supposed to do? On the Terms and Conditions page it tells me at the top of the page to, “…check the appropriate boxes to enter.” But there are no boxes to check and no way to upload my videos to you. This contest doesn’t expire until tomorrow. I’m doing my part but your site is making it impossible. Please help me get through!

Did you accept the assignment first? I had problems uploading from my Mac Powerbook G4 laptop with a highspeed connection. I switched to an office PC and it worked fine.

Hi,
Our ad for Bud Light has been uploaded, but is not in the “featured submissions” section. If it’s not accepted, will anyone let us know why?
Thanks,
Deb

Hi Deb - we got your video, it’s just taking some time to go through the approval process. Contact me if you want to follow up. Thanks!

I posted 5 videos, and I can only see four on my page. I posted them last night and the videos that I can see online seem to be approved within hours.
The fifth video, “TIRED”, has yet to go online. Do I need to resubmit it? There was nothing offensive or inappropriate about the content.
This is for the ProQuo contest.
Thank you,
Shola

Shola - I don’t see your 5th. Try reuploading. And if you have any trouble, send me an email and we’ll discuss offline.
