		<description>You can upload your own Flash versions if you want.  We can't guarantee it will bypass the encoder &#038; that it won't try to re-encode your file, but it's worth a shot.

Don't sweat it, though.  We should have all the kinks worked out very soon.</description>

		<description>Question...it looks like you're encoding the videos as flash files...is it possible for us to do that encoding so our videos don't get compressed twice? So if we upload the appropriate flash video file it bypasses your encoder.</description>
